Culturally Responsive-Sustaining Education (CRSE)

What is Culturally Responsive-Sustaining Education (CRSE) and how are we planning to weave it into our classrooms?

No two students in any one classroom are alike in the languages they speak, their race, their ability, who they love, their ethnic background, and so much more!

CRSE allows students to see themselves and their peers reflected in the rigorous education that will set them up for success. Think the books they read, the stories they hear, and the way they solve problems.
